This i s the fi rst sea son since s eason 1 t o not begin  with men on th e blue tea m and wome n on th e red team. It  is also the  third of t he last four seasons to feature a chef elimin ated during s ervice,  the first sea son since seas on 13 that no c hef from  the winn ing team was e liminated , and the first season s ince se ason 12 wher e two chefs q uit.
