《真真假假》劇情簡介：喜劇，講一個男人通過裝假胡子裝扮成兄弟兩個人，周旋于女友和未來岳父之間，因為岳父喜歡有胡子的人，認為有胡子的人成熟穩重。 Ramprasad Dashrathprasad Sharma (Amol Palekar) is looking for a better paying job. He and his sister Ratna (Manju Singh) have no relatives or acquaintances except Dr. Kedar (David). Dr.Kedar tells him about Bhavani Shankar&#39;s (Utpal Dutt) firm known as Urmila Traders. Shankar is a weird man. He is a man of traditional values, hence he naturally hates youth wearing modern clothes. He is a sports fan, but thinks lowly of youth knowing anything about sports. But his most weird trait is hatred towards men without moustaches. He thinks that men without moustaches are characterless. Ramprasad has a moustache. He takes care of other problems by wearing kurta &amp; feigning ignorance about sports. Bhavani hires him immediately. Ram is a hardworking guy, so Bhavani (&amp;amp; Ram) have no problems. However, Ram once takes leave by pretending that his mother (who died many years ago) has taken ill,  and goes to watch a hockey match. Bhavani Shankar, who also attended the match, sees him there. The next day Bhavani summons Ramprasad to his office and asks him about the Hockey match. Remembering the plot of a movie a friend of his is shooting, Ram convinces Bhavani Shankar that he had seen his &amp;quot;moustache-less&amp;quot; identical twin Lucky (alias Lakshmanprasad Dashrathprasad Sharma) at the stadium. Bhavani Shankar buys his argument &amp;amp; feels bad about accusing him and decides to make amends by hiring Lucky to teach his daughter Urmila (Bindiya Goswami) music. Ramprasad reluctantly shaves his moustache to become Lucky and starts to teach music to Urmila. He is helped by his actor friend Deven Verma (playing himself). Now Urmila aka Urmi is the exact opposite of her father. She takes immediate liking to Lucky, while Ram is barely noticed by her. Bhavani notices this &amp;amp; gives Ram another job to tutor on the pretext of her exams. Meanwhile,  Mrs. Srivastav (Dina Pathak), a socialite, is roped to play the part of Ram, &amp;quot;Lakshman&quot; &amp;amp; Ratna's mother. Like Ram,  she also ends up playing her own twin in front of Bhavani. Ram decides to tell Urmila the truth. Urmila tells him to tell the truth to Bhavani as well. Ram goes to Bhavani to tell the truth, but Bhavani sees Ram&amp;#39;s moustache giving away. Bhavani exposes Ram, but ends up thinking that Lucky murdered Ram &amp;amp; impersonated him to marry Urmila. In a hilarious chase that follows, Bhavani ends up totalling a police jeep. The Senior Inspector (Om Prakash) mistakes him for a thug named Pascal D&amp;#39;Costa & is about to lock him up in the jail. Only when his Inspector identifies Bhavani Shankar by his real identity is he freed. By now, a harried Bhavani has developed hatred for twin as well. On coming home, he finds that Urmila &amp;amp; Lucky are married. He refuses to give them blessings, until Dr.Kedar comes to the scene &amp; explains the whole situation. Now,  Bhavani becomes even more furious, but on everybody's insistence, relents.
