《糊涂偵探歸》劇情簡介：Get Smart,  Again! is a mad e-for-TV mov ie base d on the  1965-1970 NBC/C BS tele vision series , Get S mart!, which o riginally  aired February 26, 1 989 on ABC (ir onically, th e network  that rej ected the  original pilot for the Get Sm art! TV series ). It has subsequ ently b een released twice on DVD  by different p ublishers. In the vi deo release of the movie, t he backgro und canne d laughter (pre -record ed laughter  added l ater to the  soundtrac k), is absent. Ove rview Di fferences betwe en Get  Smart, Agai n! and The Nude Bomb Th e film is not a s well known as the earlier  theatrical rel ease, The Nude Bomb, als o based on G et Smart, bu t was better re ceived by fans o f the original program.  Unlike  The Nude Bom b, which featu red only the characters of Smar t, The  Chief (with Da na Elcar repl acing the decea sed Edw ard Plat t), Agen t 13 (Dave Ketc hum in the ser ies, portrayed by Joey Forman  in The Nude Bo mb, wh o had playe d the charac ter Har ry Hoo in t he series ) and Larr abee, Get  Smart, Ag ain! fe atured all o f the surv iving origin al cast repris ing their roles.  The tone a nd feel of Get S mart, Aga in! were als o closer to tha t of the  origina l series. Get  Smart,  Again! was writ ten and p roduced  by Leonard  Stern, w ho was  a produc er of th e origin al series.  One element  of the Nud e Bomb i gnored comp letely was the  renaming of CONTR OL as P ITS in the ear lier film; a lthough as CON TROL is said to have  disbande d in the  1970s,  it& #39;s not imp ossible  for both CONTRO L and PITS to exist w ithin the c ontinuity o f the fran chise. Bar bara Feldon &#3 9;s character,  99, makes  a reference to T.H.R.U.S.H., the e vil orga nization  in The Ma n From U.N.C .L.E.,  a show  on which Feld on guest-starr ed. Theme mu sic Get  Smart, Again!  also reprises  the TV pr ogram& #39;s o riginal th eme mus ic and  opening credi t sequence,  which were abs ent from T he Nude Bomb . In this case, howev er, the corr idors w ere covered in cobwebs a nd the phone-b ooth elevato r that le d to CONTR OL headqu arters work ed in re verse, causing Smart to be th rown to the  top of the b ooth. Synopsi s Maxwe ll Smart, a cting as a pr otocol offic er sinc e CONTROL was disbande d in th e early 1970s,  is rea ctivated a s a coun terintelligen ce agent by  Commander Drury  (Kenneth Mars) of  the United Sta tes Intellig ence Agen cy. KAOS,  long con sidered defunct , has been revitalized by a corpo rate tak eover. Its fi rst schem e involves turning a forg otten Americ an scientist and using h is weather con trol machine to extort $250 b illion US  dollars fr om the Uni ted States Go vernmen t. Drury,  convince d that only Sma rt has the exp ertise to comb at KAOS, give s him carte bl anche to reacti vate forme r CONTROL age nts to  assist him in h is task. Along with Drury& amp;#39;s bumbl ing aide, Be amish (Steve Le vitt), Sm art recrui ts Larrabee ( who, believ ing that h e was under orders from Richar d Nixon to  stay at his p ost until relieve d, has b een living in his office i n the now-aba ndoned  CONTROL headqu arters te nding his  office plan ts), Agent 13, Hymie th e Robot (no w employed as a crash te st dummy) a nd ultimate ly, his wi fe 99 (B arbara Feldon)  to find the sec urity leak  that all owed the sci entist to d efect,  locate  the weathe r machine a nd disarm it. T hey are oppos ed by KAOS  moles within the USIA,  who are able t o predict Max& amp;#39;s eve ry move with  the aid of s tolen copies of 99&# 39;s unpublish ed memoi rs. The vi sible head  of the KAOS sch eme is reveal ed to be Max& amp;#39;s old nemesis,  Siegfried, bu t he is  merely the ag ent of a higher  executive whom  even he has n ever met. Thi s higher power  is finally re vealed as  Nicholas Demente ( Harold Gould),  99' s publisher , who inte nds not only to extort the m oney but also to create weat her that will keep peo ple eter nally indo ors and interf ere with t elevision r eception,  forcing millions to entertain them selves by  buying Demente 's book s and pu blications.  Comedic sty le The scri pt is littered  with typic al Maxwell Smart v erbal gags , and lar ge portions o f the pl ot serve on ly as set ups f or Get  Smart!-style  sight g ags (such as a duel b etween Max and a KAOS hit man using re mote co ntrolled fi le cabinet dr awers). T he film also fe atures t he array of bi zarre gadgetry and politica l satire that w ere hallma rks of the orig inal series.  The cone of  silence has  been supersed ed by &quot ;Hover Co ver&quo t; where a me eting is held on a  rooftop  with three heli copters hov ering ove rhead.
